Work Description :
Supply of Butterfly valve seal - 4Nos at Papanasam Power House in Tirunelveli Generation Circle.
Pre-Qualification :
The bidders should have previous experience in supply of Main Inlet valve or sealing ring of MIV i.e Butterfly valve or Spherical valve, and any fluid controlling valve to any State Electricity Boards/ Public Sector Undertakings/Govt. of India or State Govt. Organization / Undertaking of Central Govt. or State Government, during the preceding Ten years as on the date of tender opening for application in Hydro/Thermal/Gas Generating stations. Photo copies of Purchase order related to above should be uploaded as evidence. 2. The tendered material supplied by the bidder as in BQR 1 should have been in satisfactory operation for a period of one year as on the date of opening of the tender during anytime within the preceding ten years. The bidders should upload the end user certificate for the above PO/WCT. 3. The annual turnover of the bidder shall be more than Rs.80,000/- in any one of the last three financial years preceding the year 2022-2023 (2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22). In case of bidders who happen to be the companies registered under companies Act-1956, attested copy of Audited financial statements like, Profit and Loss A/c and Balance Sheet for all the preceding 3 years (2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22) should be furnished and in case of others, the Annual turnover certified by the practicing Charted Accountant or attested copy of income tax statements containing annual turnover for all the 3 years should be enclosed as documentary proof to ensure the turnover criteria prescribed in the tender specification.
